Sakal Media Group launches four flagship podcasts in association with Ideabrew Studios

National, 14th October 2021 - Recent times have transformed the manner in which content is consumed and created. As audiences worldwide migrate to the digital world, they are ever more eager to explore a myriad of formats to consume content across multiple channels. Effectively, there has been a significant rise in audio content, leading to the growth of podcast consumption in India. Taking this thought ahead, Sakal Media Group has joined hands with Ideabrew Studios, one of India’s fastest growing podcasts companies to launch a multi-genre line-up of podcasts. The launch is in line with Sakal Media Group’s objective to expand their digital foray and create newer avenues to reach out to newer, younger and digital-first audiences.
The line-up will feature varied podcast content covering news, inspirational stories, sports, general news trivia, and many more. It includes Sakalchya Batmya, which will provide daily dose of news showcasing the Top 10 news of the day; IPL Run-Sangram, an IPL-focused show with daily previews and reviews of the matches; Lakshya Asta Maaza, a news-commentary podcast hosted by Prasann Joshi; and Inspiring Stories, a show focused on sharing motivational stories about people who have had to face struggles to make it big in their fields. Under the association, Ideabrew Studios will create, produce, distribute, and monetize podcast content for Sakal Media Group.
